Karen was my realtor thought my search in the Lexington area. When the seller of a house on which I had a good contract used every excuse possible not to return a signed copy, and the sale of my home was fast approaching, Karen did the impossible. She found a house, walked through it at 8 am, describing it to me, and I drove the 3 and 1/2 hours north and wrote an offer. Inspections, financing approval, and closure were complete in three weeks. I love my new home and the town of Buena Vista.

We also used USDA financing, and she knew just how to provide all of the materials we needed for the lender, and how to get our inspections for appraisal and termite done in the correct timeframe.
